LONDON – Jan. 4th, 2010 – BizAps today announced it has signed a worldwide support cooperation agreement with SAP AG, through which BizAps’ customers can now utilize the SAP® Support Portal service for managing the support of BizAps solutions used together with SAP applications.
Customers of BizAps can receive support via the SAP Support Portal, SAP's online support system, allowing them the option to handle all support queries through one channel. This new agreement further strengthens the relationship between BizAps and SAP and complements BizAps’ existing SAP services partner status and certifications from SAP of its solutions integrated with SAP applications and its hosting and application management services in the U.K.
